26. Packing! Prepping! Last-minute-stuffing! Cleaning fishytank, feedin' da boys, making sure the Bird Unit is good to go for my Irish absence.

7. Only Forward by Michael Marshall Smith. It's a trip--witty, sharp, verbose yet every sentence is packed with something. It's indulgent, laughs at boundaries, has amazing imagery, and is generally made of awesome.

14. Oh. Uh. Hm, pilot's license? Pretty proud of that 'un. Doing NaNoWriMo (even though it is so bad, omg) but I am rather enamored of the characters I've gotten out of it, if not the, er, 'plot.' And traveling to an overseas foreign country, maybe? That's a personal achievement just because it was such an eye-opener. OH! Eating with mouth closed. Very proud of that.

15. :D:D:D As I'm about to flit off once again to see Rammstein, I'd have to say my current (and classic) favorites are definitely some of theirs. Sonne, Haifisch, and Seemann would be the R+ songs that grace my recent playlists (among ALL OF THE REST), while Jeremy Soule's Skyrim OST has Watch the Skies, Standing Stones, and of course Dragonborn to entertain me endlessly. And finally, I've been shamelessly listening to Faunts' M4 Part 1 and M4 Part 2 a bunch in anticipation of Mass Effect 3.

xD it certainly is! As for OF, it's--I guess they call it 'cyberpunk,' though WTF that even means I have no idea, because I like to think OF defies genre-ing and most anything else by just being its own. OH! IT IS ABOUT DREAMS. DREAMING. Do it. DO EEEET.

OMG.. I fell in love with that one with the giant radish!! You should read [Unknown site tag]'s Regency one. That was a lot of fun too. OH OH and er.. laceymcbain? I can't remember how she spells it. The fic is called Long Shot. Arthur is an assasian and Eames his target and it all turnes into a wonderful origin story. It was pretty good too. And I have so much more to read.

I also liked the material life of a califonian suburb by [Unknown site tag] and am in the middle of Chaos Out of Shape by quoshara and speakmefair and has the MOST AMAZING ART. Not far enough into the story to give any kind of review tho... but the art.. omg.

And yes.. 27K.. am up to chap 5. It's an Inception apocolyptic AU.... wheeeee.. it's a really good story

:O Regency? That is my guilty pleasure of shamelessness. Who diddit, since the comment ate yer tag? And and and LMcB (idk either) I have her on my Nook too, but now Long Shot is at top of list--haven't read it yet (innit awesome to have a massive PILE of awesome you haven't read yet alongside old favorites of awesomeness??). I have the biggest smoosh for origin stories.

Material Life is also a fav. :D You've probably read everything, but have you experienced Patience, A Steady Hand by Helenish? That one was my first A/E, never mind that it was AU. And going back, reading it again after having become incepted, man.

I'm riffling thru Q/S on AO3 now :D, but I don't see art sadly...izzit supposed to be embedded, or are they elsewhere...? Either way.... /grabs USB cable and Nook
